Greening Your To-Go Ware

Greening Your To-Go Ware

Learn how to comply with San Francisco's new Single- Use Plastics, Toxics and Litter Reduction Ordinance.

Join the San Francisco Green Business Program and Golden Gate Restaurant Association for an educational event for restaurants, cafes, bars, caterers and other food service businesses impacted by San Francisco's new Single-Use Plastics, Toxics and Litter Reduction Ordinance.

The San Francisco Department of the Environment’s Zero Waste team will provide an overview of the ordinance and helpful guidance for reducing single-use foodware and implementing reusable foodware. The agenda includes a question-and-answer session and opportunities to hear from other attendees about what’s been working in their food establishments. Samples of compliant products will be presented so you can see what they look and feel like.

Appetizers will be served and drinks will be available for purchase. We look forward to having you join us!
